Our Approach
We identify and select producers based on their product range, financial stability, infrastructure, workforce, and management efficiency. We continually update our information on new manufacturers, product varieties, machinery, research and development, quality control, and technology advancements.
Our selection of producers involves a comprehensive assessment of factors like product range, quality, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, workforce, working conditions, managerial efficiency, and overall quality policy. We collaborate with our principals to approve identified producers.
Sample Development:
We create samples tailored to meet the specifications, color preferences, and any other specific requirements outlined by our valued buyers. We offer our premade available samples free of charge; however, we kindly request that the buyer covers the shipment costs. But When you need a customized sample as per your unique requirements, you need to pay a minimal production cost along with courier charge.To obtain a sample, we encourage our valued buyers to arrange for an international courier or express service to collect the sample from our office once the production of the sample has been confirmed.
Quality Assurance
Our commitment to quality includes a rigorous quality management process, from pre-production checks to pre-shipment inspections. We aim to reduce risks, ensure adherence to buyer specifications, and maintain quality standards throughout production.
Risks are reduced by checking raw materials / material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
First finished products are checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Pre shipment inspection / Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. PSI / FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards and by any Internationally reputed survey organizations.
The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it covers the criteria such as quality ration, breaking strength, TPI (Twist Per Inch), avg. count, C.V., moisture content, color, batch, slubs / hairiness, roots / specks, knots, spools sizes, Dia, oil content, weight, measurement, workmanship, packing etc.
